Our close contact to manufacturers and developers of coatings and plasma machines enables us to keep up with market innovations. In this way, new technologies also find their way in our production processes.
PROCESS RELIABILITY
Thanks to our computer-aided process monitoring, we can offer an extremely high quality standard combined with the highest possible process reliability.
Although coating of small mass produced parts is done in batch processing, we ensure homogenous surfaces and uniform colours. The solution of new tasks and demanding projects for our customers further inspires us to improve the methods of process monitoring.
CUSTOMISED COATINGS AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Together with our certified partners in lacquer production, we develop innovative special lacquers for the drum coating process for small mass produced parts. These lacquers not only meet the highest quality standards, they are also environmentally sustainable.
